hi all... its great to see a dart tribe in here. I am from Canada and a regular dart player. I play for one of the ladies leauges in my town.I am only 19 years of age and just started playing in september but it is a sport i really enjoy. It takes alot of concentration and accuracy so it lets me challenge myself and others. I have not misses a mix sex's tourney in my town yet. In fact i have one this sunday.. wish me luck.

    Welcome to the tribe, Terri.

I don't play nearly enough anymore, but I personally love the fact that darts is such a... personal game. I mean that how I play is almost entirely dependent of my own mood, state of relaxation, and ability to focus on the game. I used to play pool (billiards) a lot, but when I found darts I loved the fact that I didn't have to worry about _other_ players' darts being in my way when it was my turn. Also, I like that with darts you only pay for the drinks--with pool you pay for the table (well, someone does) and the drinks too.

Bully for you, being in a country where you can visit pubs at your age. Good luck on Sunday!

    Eric
